A Bundle of Joy
I've started a new blog to document my training for the unknown and unknowable event in July. No, its not the 2010 CrossFit Games, but just as comparable, Labor and Delivery. Scott and I are expecting our first child together on July 11, 2010. Click here for the journey of a pregnant crossfitter.
