Going to the big D

This weekend the trainers from Tillman's are heading to the Dallas area for the food! That's right, we are going to get our grub on! I can't wait! Actually, we are going to further our nutritional education. This seminar is spent learning the art and science of performance nutrition. Coach Robb Wolf will lecture on theory of performance eating, recovery and optimizing health and longevity. I've seen first hand the power of the Zone diet and am looking forward to learning more on the implementation of Paleo/Zone concepts. There is going to be cooking demos, how to shop, eating out and I'm sure lots more.

When we come back, its no more excuses! We will teach, coach and support anyone who is interested in total health and wellness and after this weekend you guys will have no reason as to why you cannot feed and water yourself for optimum performance in our classes!

Hey Nikki, I love your blog! It's always inspiring. I feel so freak'n lucky to have you as my trainer! It's obvious you are passionate about what you do and you care about the people your training. I've learned TONS from you about working out and nutrition and I can't wait to see what you learn at the seminar.

In the meantime, I (and my hubby) are enjoying the AWESOME results I've gotten since I met ya.

Thanks for all the butt kick'ns and motivation! Have a great time this weekend.

we are on our way home from DFW. The nutrition cert was nothing less than amazing. Those folks at CrossFit HQ never let down. Our day was loaded with all kinds of science and I'm still trying to make sense of it all, but Robb Wolf did a great job of explaining all the different options. It's no longer about a "diet", it runs much deeper than that.
Tina, I can't wait to try some new things with you. You have been busting your butt and getting some pretty bad ass results. Monday we take the next step and cut out those DAMN DIRTY GRAINS! BOTH of us. I'm so excited!!!!
