- I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach, focusing on total health and wellness, competitive fitness and nutrition. I have a growing passion for the barbell, olympic lifts and power lifting, and am Olympic Lifting certified. I have a competitive dance background but my heart belongs to CrossFit.
