I Tried to Do Handstands For You...

Tomorrow's Wod...

For time:
50 Ring Dips
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters

Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor".

Very intersting....50 Hand Stand Push ups. I can do 4 Rx'd and then I'm toast, but I've been practicing my handstands. Today I actually held one up for 5 seconds. Go ahead, mock me...Ha! I've seen rodeo clowns upside down longer than that!

Practice makes perfect. 3...2...1...GO!
