I wanted to pass on my congratulations on your wedding this weekend. I know it will be busy for you but HAVE FUN TOO!
I also wanted to pass on a little motivation to you (hopefully.)In the two weeks I’ve been in class, just by doing your workouts Monday and Friday in addition to my regular running. I have noticed the following.
-I am already getting stronger.
-My 400 M time today was 10 seconds faster than the last time I ran a 400 in sprint workouts 1 month ago.
-I have lost 4.5 pounds in two weeks over and above increasing muscle density
-I have learned again that I actually can get up at 5 o’clock in the morning on a regular basis again!!! :)
I am going to try to change my schedule and talk to the folks at the Tillman about changing my 2 times a week to 3 times a week. Is that something you can help me with after your festivities settle down?
