Nikki,
How often do you do 2 WOD's in one day?
Anna T. (CFC)
Up until last week I was in an unofficial off season post Games. Meaning I wasn't doing 2-a-days and my WODs could hardly be called CrossFit. I signed up for the CFC competition and tapped back into my normal training. Since the Games I've gotten stronger, but my endurance has suffered. Funny how rest can improve your strength, and kill your cardio capacity.
Endurance has always been my weakness, so hitting the CFE 3-4 times a week is key in my training. Most of the CFE wods are quick, and pack a punch. If your nutrition is strong 2x per day will only help you. Jason Khalipa does 5 wods per day. Insane!
Where is this weekend's food log?
