Trying New Things

Last week a friend of mine invited me and a few friends out to CTC, Competitive Training Center for a bootcamp style workout. I'm always up to try a new workout or trainer so I was excited to be there. I took a little grief for wearing a CrossFit T-Shirt, but I had to represent! I kept hearing whispers from the trainers, "Crossfit This sps pspp spsps...CrossFit that...." They quickly realized my friends and I were not there to play with the 3 lb med balls and baby kettle bells, but after an hour and a half my butt was brutally kicked. It was a different kind of work out, but still an ass whoopin'! The trainers there were great. Thanks guys!
